Symptoms

Hyper-V 备份可能会失败，并显示类似于以下错误的错误：

Cause

启用会话安全性后，可能会由于 SSL 证书错误而出现随机 Hyper-V 备份失败。

从 Avamar Server 收到的私钥无效。客户端 Avagent 服务正在发送 IPv6 localhost （：：1） 作为寻呼地址。此 IPv6 地址是环回地址，是主机名列表的一部分，但 MC 服务似乎仅存储 IPV4 地址。

Resolution

有两种解决方法可用于解决此问题：

1） 删除 C：\Program Files\avs\etc目录中的文件，然后重新启动该节点上的备份代理服务。

2） 在辅助节点上的 C：Program Files\avs\var目录中创建 avagent.cmd 文件，并添加以下标记：

--ipupdateinterval=43200
--addr-family=4
-netbind=<<IP address that can access the Avamar server>>

示例：

-netbind=192.168.1.1

保存文件，然后在 services.msc 控制台中重新启动备份代理服务，以使更改生效。
