Symptoms

PowerFlex Gateway che mostra che i certificati MDM sono già aggiunti al truststore:

La chiamata API REST per recuperare i certificati MDM mostra l'errore:

I registri del file di scaleio.log potrebbero mostrare il seguente errore:

Si noti che la stessa chiamata API REST per il componente LIA può restituire lo stesso errore.

 

 Impatto

Impossibile recuperare il certificato MDM o LIA utilizzando una chiamata API REST.

Cause

Nella versione 3.6.1 e precedenti, PowerFlex Gateway ha fornito il certificato MDM utilizzando un truststore fittizio. Nella versione 3.6.2 del gateway PowerFlex, il codice è stato modificato come parte della nuova versione della libreria cryptoj. Pertanto, viene utilizzato un archivio attendibilità valido.

In questo scenario, l'utente ha tentato di recuperare e aggiungere il certificato MDM utilizzando una chiamata API REST, ma il certificato MDM era già stato aggiunto nel truststore.

Il codice è progettato per recuperare il certificato MDM se non è nel gateway PowerFlex, in quanto non è un certificato attendibile, prima di aggiungerlo al truststore. 

 

Resolution

La chiamata API REST può recuperare il certificato MDM/LIA se non è già stato aggiunto al truststore.

Verificare che il certificato MDM che si sta recuperando non sia già stato aggiunto al truststore. In questo esempio, l MDM con IP "14.14.14.102" non viene aggiunto al truststore.
