Dell P2423DE 顯示器具備 DPBS 功能。當支援 DPBS 電源的 Latitude 5531 或 7430 使用 USB-C 連接至P2423DE時，客戶可能會回報已關閉電源的P2423DE （已連接電源纜線，但狀態 LED 熄滅） 未亮起。
此問題可能是間歇性的，且無法在每次連線時重現。
有時客戶可能可以通過多次按下顯示器的電源按鈕來開啟P2423DE電源。一般來說，只有在 Latitude 中斷連線，且 P2423DE 電源耗盡時，問題才能解決。
此外，客戶可能會回報問題可能發生在 2022 年和 2021 年生產的 P2423DE 部顯示器上，但不會出現在 2023 年生產的 P2423DE 部顯示器上。
Cause
P2423DE的 I2C 等級降至低於規格，並導致顯示器鎖定。
