Symptoms

Wanneer een pooluitbreidingstaak wordt geannuleerd met behulp van de CLI (Unity OE 5.0 of eerder), meldt de storage dat de actie met succes is voltooid, hoewel de bewerking wordt voortgezet.

Cause

Zodra een pooluitbreidingstaak is gestart, kan deze niet worden geannuleerd met behulp van de WebUI of met behulp van de UEMCLI. In dit specifieke geval meldt de CLI-aanvraag dat het annuleringsproces voor de batchverwerking met succes is gestart. Deze informatie wordt gerapporteerd zonder rekening te houden met de annuleerbaarheid van alle afzonderlijke stappen die in de batchverwerking worden uitgevoerd. Het juiste antwoord op de geannuleerde aanvraag moet zijn om te melden dat de batchtaak niet kan worden geannuleerd omdat stappen binnenin niet kunnen worden geannuleerd.

Resolution

Dit UEMCLI-gedrag (REST) is gecorrigeerd in Unity OE 5.1 en hoger. De aanvraag om een batchtaak te annuleren met een niet-annuleerbare stap mislukt, waarbij de juiste reden voor de fout wordt gemeld.
