Symptoms

Programmet Alienware Command Center visar endast informationen om processorn (CPU) och grafikprocessorn (GPU) på fliken Fusion. Minnesinformation för Dell G5 5590 visas inte.

Cause

Detta beror på Intels korrigeringsuppdatering (IPU-support) för att åtgärda säkerhetsproblemet – när XTU SMI-gränssnittet togs bort och ingen åtkomst till att få minnesrelaterad information via XTU SDK.

Resolution

Programmet Alienware Command Center fungerar som avsett. Endast information om processor och grafikprocessor visas (bild 1).
