Cause
Dit probleem wordt veroorzaakt door het feit dat de runtimekalibratie van de touchpad veranderingen in interne of omgevingsomstandigheden niet detecteert.
Resolution
Het probleem kan worden opgelost door de touchpadfirmware bij te werken naar versie 2023.12.13.946, A05 of hoger op de computer. Als u de firmware wilt downloaden en installeren, raadpleegt u Dell drivers en firmware downloaden en installeren.
