Symptoms

mminfo 命令失敗，並出現下列錯誤： 
136611:mminfo: Failed to open the lock file: Permission denied
144502:nsrd: Unable to set user privileges based on user token for localadmin on <NW-Server-Name>: Failed to validate security token.
167325:mminfo: Unable to connect to media database server on host <NW-Server-Name>: Unable to set user privileges based on user token for localadmin on <NW-Server-Name>: Failed to validate security token.

nsrcapinfo、 nsradmin、 nsrlogin、 nsrauthtrust 等也會受到影響。

Cause

.administrator.lck 檔案在 NetWorker 伺服器主機上的權限不足。

Resolution

變更在 /nsr/tmp/sec/tokens

的 nsrlogin 鎖定檔案權限Windows：

  1. 瀏覽至 /nsr/tmp/sec/tokens
  2. 找到檔案「.nsrlogin.localadmin.lck」（這是一個隱藏的檔案，在 Windows 上按一下檢視，然後顯示隱藏）。
  3. 修改檔案權限，讓本機管理員擁有完整控制。

Linux：

  1. cd /nsr/tmp/sec/tokens
  2.  輸入「ls -lat」，即可列出所有隱藏檔案並顯示權限。
  3. 修改檔案權限，使其具有讀取、寫入和執行權限。
