Symptoms

UEFI CA BIOS-innstillingen er deaktivert på enkelte Latitude bærbare PC-er.

Dell leverer alle 14. generasjons Latitude bærbare PC-er (7 x 40, 5 x 40, 3 x 40), og fra desember 2023 også Latitude 5330 (som et unntak) med innstillingen deaktivert når dette er en vPro-aktivert konfigurasjon. Latitude 5350 påvirkes også.

Cause

Microsoft-forsendelseskrav for Secured Core PC Level 3 (SCPC).

Alle Intel vPro-aktiverte plattformer må ha UEFI CA-innstillingen deaktivert. Se LKB (BIOS og operativsystemkrav for å oppfylle støtte for personlig databehandling med sikker kjerne) for mer informasjon om andre innstillinger.
