Symptoms
De UEFI CA BIOS-instelling is uitgeschakeld op bepaalde Latitude laptops.
Dell levert alle Gen 14 Latitude laptops (7x40, 5x40, 3x40) en vanaf december 2023 ook de Latitude 5330 (als uitzondering) met de instelling uitgeschakeld, wanneer het een vPro-configuratie is. Ook de Latitude 5350 wordt getroffen.
Cause
Microsoft-verzendvereiste voor Secured Core PC Level 3 (SCPC).
Op alle Intel vPro-platforms moet de UEFI CA-instelling zijn uitgeschakeld. Zie LKB (BIOS- en besturingssysteemvereisten om aan te voldoen aan Ondersteuning Secured-core Personal Computing) voor meer informatie over andere instellingen.
