Symptoms

Kan XML-licentie niet laden in de NetWorker Management Console (NMC) of NetWorker Web User Interface (NWUI).

Fout: "Ongeldig bestand geselecteerd"
Fout ongeldig bestand geselecteerd
licspec.properties is bijgewerkt in overeenstemming met de NetWorker-licentiehandleiding.

license.technology is ingesteld op XML.

license.path is ingesteld op dpa.xml.

Cause

Bladeren door licenties in de XML-indeling in NMC of NWUI wordt niet ondersteund.

Resolution

De tijdelijke oplossing is:
  1. Kopieer en plak de licentie in het veld CLP-licentie. 
Tekstveld CLP-licentie
Of 

Kopieer de licentie zoals dpa.xml. De resulterende dpa.xml moet in het standaardlicentiepad worden geplaatst, dat wil zeggen, C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\lic. 
  1. Start de NetWorker-service opnieuw.
Linux: systemctl restart networker

Windows: net stop nsrd && net start nsrd
