Symptoms

お客様からは、次のことが報告されています。 dev/sda パフォーマンスに問題があり、ディスクI/O使用率が100%、待機遅延が大きい。
ディスクIO使用率100%、待機遅延が高い

 

  1. TSRログで、すべてのディスクとVDのステータスがOKであること、PERC H330 RAIDカード(キャッシュなし)、Seagate 1.2 TBディスク(パーツ ナンバー)がチェックされます G2G54)ファームウェアが古くなっています。

  2. ライフサイクル ログとTTYログで関連するディスクとRAIDが見つからないと確認する phy リンク エラー メッセージ。

特定の原因はありません

 

Resolution

PERC H330ファームウェアを25.5.9.0001に、Seagate 1.2 TBファームウェアをST37にアップデートすることで、ディスクI/Oパフォーマンスの問題が解決しました。
