ファン オフセットを設定した後、AlienwareまたはGシリーズ コンピューターのサーマル ビュー ページのCPUゾーン速度(%)とパフォーマンス ページのファン速度オフセットに同じ数値が反映されないと、お客様がサポートに問い合わせをすることがあります。
[AWCC Performance]ページの[Fan Speed Offset]>、[Thermal View]>[Custom Preset]>[Advanced View]>[Offset]設定(スライダー)をクリックします。
Cause
当初の設計では、ファン速度の絶対オフセットをパーセントで設定する予定でした。たとえば、ユーザーが 60% を設定すると、60% として反映されます。ただし、サーマルビューで観察する結果は、RPMや温度などを使用して、数式の後に取得されます。
Resolution
値が80%に設定されている場合、100%に近づく理由は、プラットフォームがすべての異なるファンのベンダーと品質に対応するために、より低い最大ファンRPMを設定したためです。
したがって、100%に近づくか、100%に等しい場合があります。
これは設計どおりの正常な動作です。
Alienware製品は異なるファンの製造元を使用しているため、ファンの速度は互いに異なる場合があります。特定の速度範囲を定義する場合、20%の偏差が発生する可能性があります。(例:ファン速度を80%に設定すると、AWCCには100%と表示されます)。これはアプリケーションの予期される動作であり、各コンピューターは、目的の設定速度から異なる距離を持つことができます。
