配置风扇偏移后，客户可能会联系支持人员，表示其 Alienware 或 G 系列计算机在散热视图页面 CPU 区域速度 （%）和性能页面风扇速度偏移中反映的数字不相同。
AWCC 性能页面>中的风扇速率偏移，单击散热视图>自定义预设>高级视图 >偏移设置（滑块）。
Cause
最初的设计是以百分比为单位设置绝对风扇速率偏移量。例如，如果用户设置 60%，则反映为 60%。但是，我们在热视图中观察到的结果是在数学公式之后使用 RPM、温度等获得的。
Resolution
如果值设置为 80%，则它接近 100% 的原因是因为平台设置了较低的最大风扇 RPM，以适应所有不同的风扇供应商和质量。
因此，它可能接近甚至等于 100%。
此问题并不会影响系统的正常工作。
Alienware 产品使用不同的风扇制造商，其中的风扇速度可能彼此不同。如果定义了特定的速度范围，则可能会有 20% 的偏差。（例如：风扇速度设置为 80%，AWCC 显示 100%）。这是应用程序的预期行为，并且每台计算机与所需的设定速度可以有不同距离。
