統合型セキュア リモート サービス(SRS)オプションを使用して接続されているDell Unityアレイは、2024年12月30日までにUnityアレイをOE 5.3以降にアップグレードしない限り、接続を失います。
統合SRSは、Unityアレイへのアウトバウンド接続とインバウンド接続を提供し、Connect Homeのアラートと通知、Cloud IQデータ コレクション、リモート サポートのインバウンド接続を可能にします。

統合型セキュア リモート サービス(SRS)接続オプションのサポートは2024年12月30日に終了し、基盤となるインフラストラクチャは廃止されます。
Resolution
Unity OE 5.3以降にアップグレードして、接続が失われないようにしてください。 Unity OE 5.3リリースでは、Secure Remote Services (SRS)に代わる新しい接続ソリューションであるSupportAssistが導入されました。

UnisphereからDell Unityの接続タイプを識別する方法:
- Unisphereにログインします。
- 歯車アイコン（右上隅）をクリックして、［Settings］ページに入ります。
- ［Support Configuration］、［EMC Secure Remote Services］の順に移動すると、［Type］が［Integrated］と表示されます。
