Symptoms

2024년 12월 30일 이전에 Unity 어레이를 OE 5.3 이상으로 업그레이드하지 않으면 SRS(Integrated Secure Remote Services) 옵션을 사용하여 연결된 Dell Unity 어레이의 연결이 끊어집니다.

통합 SRS는 Unity 어레이에 대한 아웃바운드 및 인바운드 연결을 제공하고 Connect Home 알림 및 알림, Cloud IQ 데이터 수집 및 원격 지원 인바운드 연결을 활성화합니다.

Cause

통합 SRS(Secure Remote Services) 연결 옵션에 대한 지원은 2024년 12월 30일에 종료되며 기본 인프라스트럭처는 사용 중지됩니다.

Resolution

연결 끊김을 방지하려면 Unity OE 5.3 이상으로 업그레이드하십시오.  Unity OE 5.3 릴리스에는 SRS(Secure Remote Services)를 대체하는 새로운 연결 솔루션인 SupportAssist가 도입되었습니다.

Unity OE 5.3 이상으로 업그레이드하면 어레이가 통합 SRS를 사용하는 방식에서 통합 SupportAssist를 사용하는 방식의 어레이로 변환됩니다.

Unisphere에서 Dell Unity의 연결 유형을 식별하는 방법:

  1. Unisphere에 로그인합니다.
  2. 기어 아이콘(오른쪽 상단 모서리)을 클릭하여 Settings 페이지로 들어갑니다.
