Detta beror på att Ubuntu version 20.04 LTS inte stöder en uppdateringsfrekvens över 5120x2160 120 Hz.

Resolution

Upplösning och uppdateringsfrekvens

Lös problemet genom att uppdatera till Ubuntu version 22.04 LTS. Om du inte kan uppdatera till version 22.04 LTS ändrar du upplösning och uppdateringsfrekvens till 5120x2160, 60 Hz eller lägre.
