Symptoms
Azure HCI (hyperconverged infrastructure) AX-650, AX-750: Systems shipped from the factory with a Mellanox ConnectX-5 Dual Port 25GbE SFP28 PCIe Adapter Gen3 x16 card (P/N: F7V1F).
A warning message stating 'A correctable PCIe error detected on a component' may be observed in the Lifecycle log.

A warning message stating 'A correctable PCIe error detected on a component' may be observed in the Lifecycle log.

Cause
Log entries were not cleared during the build process.
Resolution
This issue is seen only during new deployments and only when Windows Server or Azure Stack HCI operating system is factory installed with the Mellanox ConnectX-5 Network card present in the Server.
No action is necessary if these Warning messages are observed on a factory-shipped system. These warning messages can be ignored.
