Symptoms

  • lgtonwui-19.10.0.0_x86_64 è installato su un host Linux che non è il server NetWorker.
  • NWUI non è accessibile da un web browser.
  • Il servizio nwui viene avviato, ma poi termina immediatamente.
  • Il file /opt/nwui/logs/nwui.raw contiene:

Cause

Questo problema è stato sollevato alla progettazione di NetWorker.

Resolution

Questo problema verrà risolto in una versione futura di NetWorker. Questo articolo della KB verrà aggiornato una volta eseguito il commit di una correzione del codice in una versione di NetWorker.

Soluzione alternativa:

Installare il pacchetto lgtonwuiserv-19.10.0.1-1.x86_64 sul server NetWorker e configurare il server NetWorker come server NWUI. Sia il file lgtonwuiserv che il file di installazione lgtonwui sono inclusi nel download completo del pacchetto NetWorker disponibile sulla pagina del prodotto Dell NetWorker.
