Symptoms

  • lgtonwui-19.10.0.0_x86_64が、NetWorkerサーバーではないLinuxホストにインストールされている。
  • NWUIにWebブラウザーからアクセスできない。
  • nwuiサービスが開始されますが、すぐに終了します。
  • /opt/nwui/logs/nwui.rawには、次の情報が含まれます。

対処方法:

NetWorkerサーバーにlgtonwuiserv-19.10.0.1-1.x86_64パッケージをインストールし、NetWorkerサーバーをNWUIサーバーとして構成します。lgtonwuiservとlgtonwuiの両方のインストール ファイルは、Dell NetWorker製品ページから入手できるNetWorkerの完全なパッケージ ダウンロードに含まれています。
