  • Nástroj lgtonwui-19.10.0.0_x86_64 je nainstalován na hostiteli Linux, který není serverem NetWorker.
  • NWUI není přístupný z webového prohlížeče.
  • Služba nwui se spustí, ale poté se okamžitě ukončí.
  • Modul /opt/nwui/logs/nwui.raw obsahuje:

Cause

Tento problém byl nahlášen technickému oddělení NetWorker.

Resolution

Tento problém bude vyřešen v budoucí verzi NetWorker. Tento článek znalostní databáze bude aktualizován, jakmile bude oprava kódu potvrzena do verze NetWorker.

Zástupné řešení:

Nainstalujte balíček lgtonwuiserv-19.10.0.1-1.x86_64 na server NetWorker a nakonfigurujte server NetWorker jako server NWUI. Instalační soubory lgtonwuiserv i lgtonwui jsou součástí úplného balíčku NetWorker ke stažení, který je k dispozici na stránce produktu Dell NetWorker.
