  • lgtonwui-19.10.0.0_x86_64가 NetWorker Server가 아닌 Linux 호스트에 설치되어 있는지 확인합니다.
  • 웹 브라우저에서는 NWUI에 액세스할 수 없습니다.
  • nwui 서비스가 시작된 후 즉시 종료됩니다.
  • /opt/nwui/logs/nwui.raw에는 다음이 포함됩니다.

Resolution

이 문제는 향후 NetWorker 릴리즈에서 해결될 예정입니다. 이 KB는 코드 수정 사항이 NetWorker 버전에 커밋되면 업데이트됩니다.

해결 방법:

NetWorker Server에 lgtonwuiserv-19.10.0.1-1.x86_64 패키지를 설치하고 NetWorker Server를 NWUI 서버로 구성합니다. lgtonwuiserv 및 lgtonwui 설치 파일은 모두 Dell NetWorker 제품 페이지에서 다운로드할 수 있는 전체 NetWorker 패키지 다운로드에 있습니다.
