Symptoms

Po uaktualnieniu do wersji IDPA 2.7.6 obszar Reporting and Analytics (DPA) w interfejsie użytkownika ACM jest wyświetlany na czerwono.

W server.log ACM widoczny jest jeden z dwóch następujących błędów:

Cause

Organ ochrony danych ma procesy w zakresie /opt/emc/dpa/services/./standalone podkatalogi, które powodują prawidłowe działanie usług APP. DPA pokazuje, że usługi są uruchomione, ale niektóre usługi wewnętrzne uległy awarii.

Resolution

Aby rozwiązać ten problem, uruchom następującą procedurę:
  1. Zatrzymaj usługi DPA za pomocą następującego polecenia. Uruchom to polecenie najpierw na serwerze DPA DS, a następnie na serwerze aplikacji DPA. 
dpa.sh svc stop
  1. Zaloguj się do serwera aplikacji DPA jako użytkownik root za pomocą SSH lub PuTTY i uruchom następujące polecenie:
rm -rf /opt/emc/dpa/services/standalone/data
rm -rf /opt/emc/dpa/services/standalone/tmp
  1. Uruchom ponownie serwer DPA DS i uruchom usługi:
reboot
dpa.sh svc start
  1. Uruchom ponownie serwer aplikacji DPA i uruchom usługi. 
reboot
dpa.sh svc start
  1. Potwierdź, że możesz zalogować się do interfejsu użytkownika DPA.
  2. Upewnij się, że DPA wyświetla się na zielono w interfejsie ACM.
