Mulige årsager:

NWUI-tjenester er muligvis ikke oppe.
NWUI-database (Postgres DB) kører muligvis ikke.

Kør nedenstående kommandoer for at kontrollere, om NWUI-tjenester kører eller ej.

På Linux:
ps -ef | grep nwui

På Windows:
tasklist | findstr nwui

På Linux:

Skal køre nwui_configure.sh (script) fra /opt/nwui/scripts
Hvis problemet stadig ikke er løst, skal du geninstallere NWUI og køre nwui_configure.sh (manuskript)
