Raisons possibles :

Les services NWUI peuvent ne pas être opérationnels.
La base de données NWUI (base de données Postgres) n’est peut-être pas en cours d’exécution.

Exécutez les commandes ci-dessous pour vérifier si les services NWUI sont en cours d’exécution ou non.

Sous Linux :
ps -ef | grep nwui

Sous Windows :
tasklist | findstr nwui

Sous Linux :

Doit s’exécuter nwui_configure.sh (script) à partir de /opt/nwui/scripts
Si le problème persiste, réinstallez NWUI et exécutez nwui_configure.sh (script)

Réinstallation de NWUI :

Réinstaller NWUI

Pour désinstaller NWUI :
Panneau de configuration - Sélectionnez NetWorker - Modifier - Effacer NWUI - Modifier.

Pour installer NWUI :
Panneau de configuration - Sélectionnez NetWorker - Modifier - vérifier NWUI - Modifier.
