NetWorker: Impossibile accedere a NWUI | Pagina non trovata

Quando si tenta di accedere, NWUI visualizza l'errore riportato di seguito.

Di seguito sono riportati i messaggi di registro di nwui.raw.

Possibili motivi:

I servizi NWUI potrebbero non essere attivi.
Il database NWUI (DB Postgres) potrebbe non essere in esecuzione.

Eseguire i comandi riportati di seguito per verificare se i servizi NWUI sono in esecuzione o meno.

Su Linux:
ps -ef | grep nwui

In Windows:
tasklist | findstr nwui

In Linux:

Deve essere eseguito nwui_configure.sh (script) da /opt/nwui/scripts
Se il problema persiste, reinstallare NWUI ed eseguire nwui_configure.sh (copione)

Eseguire nwui_configure.sh (script):

Reinstallare NWUI

Per disinstallare NWUI:
Pannello di controllo - Selezionare NetWorker - modificare - cancellare NWUI - cambiare.

Per installare NWUI:
Pannello di controllo - Selezionare NetWorker - modificare - controllare NWUI - cambiare.
