NetWorker: Nelze získat přístup k NWUI | Stránku nelze najít.

Při pokusu o přístup se NWUI zobrazuje níže uvedená chyba.

Níže jsou uvedeny zprávy protokolu z nwui.raw.

Možné důvody:

Služby NWUI nemusí být funkční.
Databáze NWUI (databáze Postgres) nemusí být spuštěna.

Spusťte níže uvedené příkazy a zkontrolujte, zda jsou služby NWUI spuštěny nebo ne.

V systému Linux:
ps -ef | grep nwui

V systému Windows:
tasklist | findstr nwui

V systému Linux:

Musí běžet nwui_configure.sh (skript) od /opt/nwui/scripts
Pokud problém přetrvává, přeinstalujte NWUI a spusťte nwui_configure.sh (skript)

Znovu nainstalujte NWUI

Odinstalace NWUI:
Ovládací panely – Vyberte NetWorker – změnit – vymazat NWUI – změnit.

Instalace NWUI:
Ovládací panely - Vyberte NetWorker - změnit - zkontrolujte NWUI - změnit.
