При спробі отримати доступ NWUI показує помилку нижче рівня.

Можливі причини:

Послуги NWUI можуть не працювати.
База даних NWUI (Postgres DB) може не працювати.

Виконайте наведені нижче команди, щоб перевірити, чи працюють сервіси NWUI.

На Linux:
ps -ef | grep nwui

На Windows:
tasklist | findstr nwui

На Linux:

Треба бігти nwui_configure.sh (сценарій) з /opt/nwui/scripts
Якщо проблема залишиться, перевстановіть NWUI і запустіть nwui_configure.sh (сценарій)

Щоб видалити NWUI:
Панель керування - Виберіть NetWorker - зміни - очищення NWUI - зміни.

Щоб встановити NWUI:
Панель керування - Виберіть NetWorker - зміна - перевірка NWUI - зміна.
