NetWorker: No se puede acceder a NWUI | No se puede encontrar la página

Cuando se intenta acceder, NWUI se muestra por debajo del error.

Posibles razones:

Es posible que los servicios de NWUI no estén activos.
Es posible que la base de datos de NWUI (base de datos Postgres) no esté en ejecución.

Ejecute los siguientes comandos para comprobar si los servicios de NWUI se están ejecutando o no.

En Linux:
ps -ef | grep nwui

En Windows:
tasklist | findstr nwui

En Linux:

Debe ejecutarse nwui_configure.sh (script) de /opt/nwui/scripts
Si el problema persiste, reinstale NWUI y ejecútelo nwui_configure.sh (guión)

Reinstalar NWUI

Para desinstalar NWUI:
Panel de control - Seleccione NetWorker - cambiar - borrar NWUI - cambiar.

Para instalar NWUI:
Panel de control - Seleccione NetWorker - cambiar - comprobar NWUI - cambiar.
