Mahdolliset syyt:

NWUI-palvelut eivät ehkä ole käynnissä.
NWUI-tietokanta (Postgres DB) ei ehkä ole käynnissä.

Tarkista alla olevilla komennoilla, ovatko NWUI-palvelut käynnissä vai eivät.

Linuxissa:
ps -ef | grep nwui

Windows:
tasklist | findstr nwui

Linux:

Täytyy suorittaa nwui_configure.sh (käsikirjoitus) alk. /opt/nwui/scripts
Jos ongelma jatkuu, asenna NWUI uudelleen ja suorita nwui_configure.sh (käsikirjoitus)
