NetWorker: Geen toegang tot NWUI | Pagina kan niet worden gevonden

Wanneer u toegang probeert te krijgen, komt NWUI onder de fout.

Hieronder vindt u de logberichten van nwui.raw.

Mogelijke redenen:

NWUI-services zijn mogelijk niet actief.
NWUI-database (Postgres DB) wordt mogelijk niet uitgevoerd.

Voer de onderstaande opdrachten uit om te controleren of NWUI-services worden uitgevoerd of niet.

Op Linux:
ps -ef | grep nwui

Op Windows:
tasklist | findstr nwui

Op Linux:

Moet worden uitgevoerd nwui_configure.sh (script) van /opt/nwui/scripts
Als het probleem zich blijft voordoen, installeert u NWUI opnieuw en voert u het uit. nwui_configure.sh (script)

The NetWorker Web UI Server requires a keystore file to configure encryption and to provide SSL support.

Installeer NWUI opnieuw

U kunt NWUI als volgt verwijderen:
Configuratiescherm - Selecteer NetWorker - wijzigen - NWUI wissen - wijzigen.

U installeert NWUI als volgt:
Configuratiescherm - Selecteer NetWorker - wijzigen - controleer NWUI - wijzigen.
