NetWorker: Não é possível acessar o NWUI | A página não pode ser encontrada

Ao tentar acessar, o erro NWUI está abaixo.

Possíveis motivos:

Os serviços da NWUI podem não estar ativos.
O banco de dados NWUI (Postgres DB) pode não estar em execução.

Execute os comandos abaixo para verificar se os serviços do NWUI estão em execução ou não.

No Linux:
ps -ef | grep nwui

No Windows:
tasklist | findstr nwui

No Linux:

Execução obrigatória nwui_configure.sh (roteiro) de /opt/nwui/scripts
Se o problema persistir, reinstale o NWUI e execute nwui_configure.sh (roteiro)

Reinstalar o NWUI

Para desinstalar o NWUI:
Painel de controle — selecione NetWorker - change - clear NWUI - change.

Para instalar o NWUI:
Painel de controle — selecione NetWorker — alterar — verifique NWUI — alterar.
