NetWorker: Det går inte att komma åt NWUI | Det går inte att hitta sidan

När du försöker komma åt får NWUI nedanstående fel.

Nedan visas loggmeddelandena från nwui.raw.

Möjliga orsaker:

NWUI-tjänsterna kanske inte fungerar.
NWUI-databasen (Postgres DB) kanske inte körs.

Kör kommandona nedan för att kontrollera om NWUI-tjänster körs eller inte.

På Linux:
ps -ef | grep nwui

På Windows:
tasklist | findstr nwui

På Linux:

Måste köras nwui_configure.sh (skript) från /opt/nwui/scripts
Om problemet kvarstår installerar du om NWUI och kör nwui_configure.sh (manus)

Kör nwui_configure.sh (skript):

The NetWorker Web UI Server requires a keystore file to configure encryption and to provide SSL support.

Installera om NWUI

Så här avinstallerar du NWUI:
Kontrollpanelen – välj NetWorker – ändra – rensa NWUI – ändra.

Så här installerar du NWUI:
Kontrollpanelen – välj NetWorker – ändra – markera NWUI – ändra.
