VMware Viewの更新が「Unable to fetch data from vCenter: 接続がタイムアウトしました」

Cause

vCenterとの通信エラー

Resolution

vCenterがオンラインであることを確認します。

vCenterをNetWorkerに追加する際に使用したものと同じユーザー アカウントを使用して、vCenterのvSphere Web Clientにログインします。

メモ: ユーザー アカウントは、NSR Hypervisorリソースで確認できます。

メモ: WebブラウザーからvCenterにアクセスできない場合は、VMware管理者に問い合わせてください。


NetWorkerサーバーがvCenterに接続できることを確認します。

オペレーティング システムのコマンドを使用してvCenter名を解決し、ポート443に接続します。

Linux: curl -v vCenter_Name:443
Windows(PowerShell): tnc vCenter_Name -port 443

必要に応じて、nsrportsコマンドを使用して、名前解決とポート接続を確認できます。

nsrports -t vCenter_Name -p 443
