Symptoms

/nsr/logs/daemon.log これらのエラーにより、サイズは継続的に増加しています。

Cause

この問題は、ファイル /usr/lib64/libltdl.so.7 が破損しているか、欠落しています。

 

Resolution

NetWorkerサーバーで次の手順に従います。

  1. SSH経由でNetWorkerサーバーに接続し、rootに切り替えます。

    sudo su -

  2. yumコマンドを使用して、libtool-ltdlの最新のパッケージ名を取得します。

    yum provides \*/libltdl.so.7

    Example:

  3. 上記のコマンドで出力されたlibtool-ltlパッケージをインストールまたは再インストールします。

    yum reinstall <libtool-ltdl-2.>

    ここでは、 <libtool-ltdl-2.> 最初のコマンドにリストされているlibtoolライブラリのバージョンを使用します。(たとえば、[Run it as]: yum reinstall libtool-ltdl-2.4.6-25.el8.x86_64)
    これにより、破損または欠落しているライブラリーが再インストールされます。

  4. 次のコマンドを実行して、問題が解決されたことを確認します。

    nsrlic -C
