Symptoms

NetWorker Server daemon.raw에서 다음 오류가 발견되었습니다.

Linux: /nsr/logs/daemon.raw

nsrvproxy_mgmt Possible wrong vProxy user id or password invalid credentials Received an HTTP code:401,lib curl message"url:"https://vPROXY_NAME:9090/api/vi/Vproxy engines" 
NSR VMware proxy resource on vPROXY_NAME deleted. nsrvproxy_mgmt: Failed to register vProxy 'vPROXY_NAME': NSR VMware proxy 'vPROXY_NAME' registration failed. vProxy is an unstable state. Check the vProxy log for the cause.

Cause

1. NetWorker Server에는 여러 네트워크 인터페이스가 있으며 고급 TCP/IP 설정에는 자동 메트릭 검사가 활성화되어 있습니다.
2. vProxy 상태가 유지 보수 상태입니다.

Resolution

1. NetWorker Server의 원하는 네트워크 인터페이스가 다른 인터페이스보다 우선합니다. 
2 NetWorker Server가 vProxy 어플라이언스의 포트 9090에 연결할 수 있는지 확인합니다.
nsrports -t vPROXY_HOSTNAME -p 9090
 
3. 프록시 상태가 등록되지 않은 상태인지 확인합니다.
A. SSH를 사용하여 vProxy에 관리자로 로그인합니다.
B. 루트 사용자로 전환합니다.
sudo su -
 
C. vProxy가 NetWorker Server의 포트 9090에 연결할 수 있는지 확인합니다.
컬 -v NetWorker_SERVER_HOSTNAME:9090

D. 다음 명령을 사용하여 vProxyState.dat 확인하고 vProxy 상태를 등록되지 않음으로 설정합니다. 
 # cat /opt/emc/vproxy/runtime/state/vProxyState.dat 
            --> If it's not in UNREGISTERED State, run next command. 
 # echo UNREGISTERED > /opt/emc/vproxy/runtime/state/vProxyState.dat

참고: NetWorker Server와 vProxy 어플라이언스는 포트 9090을 통해 통신해야 합니다. 이 통신이 실패하는 경우 이 통신을 차단할 수 있는 운영 체제 또는 네트워크 방화벽이 있는지 네트워크/시스템 관리자에게 확인하십시오. 또한 DNS에서 호스트 이름과 IP 주소가 올바르게 확인되는지 확인합니다. DNS 대신 시스템 호스트 파일을 사용하는 경우 호스트 파일 항목이 올바르고 통신 시도가 잘못 라우팅되지 않았는지 확인합니다.

4. vProxy 등록을 다시 시도합니다.
