Symptoms

  • La base de datos authc-server no se actualiza correctamente cuando se actualiza NetWorker Server a 19.10.0.1 desde 19.9.0.3.
  • Después de la actualización a 19.10, la carpeta \tomcat\data contiene authcdb.mv.db y authcdb.trace.db El authcdb.lock.db no se creó.
  • El archivo authcdb.trace contiene el siguiente mensaje:
database: flush org.h2.message.DbException: General error: "org.h2.mvstore.MVStoreException: The write format 2 is smaller than the supported format 3 [2.2.220/5]" [50000-220] at org.h2.message.DbException.get(DbException.java:212)
  • El authc-server.log contiene los siguientes mensajes:

Cause

Cuestión de procedimiento; La instalación de NetWorker 19.9.x se eliminó (desinstaló) primero, seguida de una instalación de NetWorker 19.10.

Resolution

Puede utilizar el NetWorker-19.10.exe para actualizar el software de NetWorker Server sin quitar primero la versión anterior del software. Cuando se instala el software NetWorker Server, la instalación también instala el software de cliente de NetWorker, el nodo de almacenamiento, el respaldo basado en bloques (BBB), el servicio de autenticación de NetWorker y el cliente extendido. 

1. Inicie sesión en el host de destino con un usuario que tenga privilegios de administrador.
2. Si el servidor de NetWorker Server también es un cliente de NMDA, quite el software de NMDA.
3. Descargue el paquete de software de NetWorker desde el sitio web de soporte en línea en una ubicación temporal. El nombre del paquete es nw1910_win_x64.zip.
4. Extraiga los paquetes de NetWorker que se encuentran en nw1910_win_x64.zip a una ubicación temporal en el host de destino.
5. En el directorio que contiene el software NetWorker extraído, ejecute NetWorker-19.10.exe.
