Symptoms

  • Il database authc-server non viene aggiornato correttamente quando si aggiorna NetWorker Server alla versione 19.10.0.1 dalla versione 19.9.0.3.
  • Dopo l'aggiornamento alla versione 19.10, la cartella \tomcat\data contiene authcdb.mv.db e authcdb.trace.db Il authcdb.lock.db non è stato creato.
  • Il file authcdb.trace contiene il seguente messaggio
database: flush org.h2.message.DbException: General error: "org.h2.mvstore.MVStoreException: The write format 2 is smaller than the supported format 3 [2.2.220/5]" [50000-220] at org.h2.message.DbException.get(DbException.java:212)
  • La authc-server.log contiene i seguenti messaggi:

Cause

Questione procedurale; L'installazione di NetWorker 19.9.x è stata rimossa (disinstallata), seguita per prima da un'installazione di NetWorker 19.10.

Resolution

È possibile utilizzare il NetWorker-19.10.exe per aggiornare il software del server NetWorker senza prima rimuovere la versione precedente del software. Quando si installa il software del server NetWorker, vengono installati anche il software NetWorker Client, Storage Node, Block Based Backup (BBB), NetWorker Authentication Service ed Extended Client. 

1. Accedere all host di destinazione con un utente con privilegi di amministratore.
2. Se il server NetWorker è anche un client NMDA, rimuovere il software NMDA.
3. Scaricare il pacchetto software NetWorker dal sito web di supporto online in un percorso temporaneo. Il nome del pacchetto è nw1910_win_x64.zip.
4. Estrarre i pacchetti NetWorker trovati in nw1910_win_x64.zip in una posizione temporanea sull host di destinazione.
5. Nella directory contenente il software NetWorker estratto, eseguire NetWorker-19.10.exe.
