Symptoms

  • 将 NetWorker 服务器从 19.9.0.3 更新到 19.10.0.1 时，authc-server 数据库未正确更新。
  • 升级到 19.10 后，\tomcat\data 文件夹包含authcdb.mv.db和 authcdb.trace.db未创建authcdb.lock.db。
  • authcdb.trace 包含以下消息：
database: flush org.h2.message.DbException: General error: "org.h2.mvstore.MVStoreException: The write format 2 is smaller than the supported format 3 [2.2.220/5]" [50000-220] at org.h2.message.DbException.get(DbException.java:212)
  • authc-server.log包含以下消息：
WARN Exception encountered during context initialization - cancelling refresh attempt: org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanCreationException: Error creating bean with name 'dataSourceInitializer' defined in class path resource [serviceConfig.xml]: Invocation of init method failed; nested exception is org.h2.jdbc.JdbcSQLNonTransientConnectionException: Unsupported database file version or invalid file header in file "D:/NWS/nsr/authc-server/tomcat/data/authcdb.mv.db" [90048-220]

Cause

程序问题;首先删除（卸载）了 NetWorker 19.9.x 安装，然后安装了 NetWorker 19.10。

Resolution

您可以使用 NetWorker-19.10.exe更新 NetWorker 服务器软件，而无需先删除软件的以前版本。安装 NetWorker 服务器软件时，安装过程还将安装 NetWorker 客户端、存储节点、基于数据块的备份 （BBB）、NetWorker 身份认证服务和扩展客户端软件。

1.以具有管理员权限的用户身份登录目标主机。
2.如果 NetWorker 服务器也是 NMDA 客户端，请删除 NMDA 软件。
3.从在线支持网站将 NetWorker 软件包下载到临时位置。软件包名称为 nw1910_win_x64.zip。
4.将在nw1910_win_x64.zip中找到的 NetWorker 软件包解压缩到目标主机上的某个临时位置。
5.在包含解压的 NetWorker 软件的目录中，运行 NetWorker-19.10.exe。
