Symptoms

Na de upgrade naar NetWorker v19.10.x mislukt de vProxy VM-back-up met de fout: 
Unable to start backup on vProxy 'vproxy-name': libCURL: function "curl_easy_perform" returned error 77: "error setting certificate verify locations:  CAfile: /etc/pki/tls/certs/ca-bundle.crt CApath: none"

Cause

Ontbrekende certificaatbestanden of onjuiste machtigingen.

Resolution

Controleer op de NetWorker-server of de volgende paden bestaan: 
/etc/pki/tls
/etc/pki/tls/certs
Als dit niet het geval is, maakt u ze en kopieert u de certificaatbundel: 
# mkdir /etc/pki/tls
# mkdir /etc/pki/tls/certs
# cp /var/lib/ca-certificates/ca-bundle.pem /etc/pki/tls/certs/ca-bundle.crt
Stel de directory- en bestandsrechten in op 644 met chmod. 
chmod -R 644 /etc/pki
Probeer de vProxy-back-up opnieuw. Het zou nu moeten werken.
