Symptoms

Etter oppgradering til NetWorker v19.10.x mislykkes vProxy VM-sikkerhetskopiering med feilmelding: 
Unable to start backup on vProxy 'vproxy-name': libCURL: function "curl_easy_perform" returned error 77: "error setting certificate verify locations:  CAfile: /etc/pki/tls/certs/ca-bundle.crt CApath: none"

Cause

Manglende sertifikatfiler eller feil tillatelser.

Resolution

På NetWorker-serveren kontrollerer du om følgende baner finnes: 
/etc/pki/tls
/etc/pki/tls/certs
Hvis ikke, opprett dem, og kopier deretter sertifikatpakken: 
# mkdir /etc/pki/tls
# mkdir /etc/pki/tls/certs
# cp /var/lib/ca-certificates/ca-bundle.pem /etc/pki/tls/certs/ca-bundle.crt
Sett katalog- og filtillatelsene til 644 med chmod. 
chmod -R 644 /etc/pki
Prøv vProxy-sikkerhetskopien på nytt, den skal fungere nå.
