Symptoms

Aparece el siguiente mensaje de advertencia en NetWorker Management Console (NMC)

Configure MailHome/SCG feature under Server - Usage Analytics - Properties.

 

Cause

La advertencia se debe a que EMC Secure Remote Services (ESRS) quedó obsoleto.

 

Resolution

Instale el gateway de conexión segura (SCG) edición virtual 5.12 o posterior desde el https://www.dell.com/support/home/product-support/product/secure-connect-gateway-ve/drivers y configure NetWorker para que se comunique con el dispositivo SCG.
