Symptoms
Secure Centralized Gateway (SCG)が構成され、実行されている。
ネットワーク チェックの手順でSupportAssistを設定しようとすると、エラー 0x6400C1Fにより失敗します。

Cause
SupportAssistステータス(svc_supportassist --status) コマンドが失敗します。
SupportAssistをクリーンアップして再起動しようとすると失敗します。

Resolution
ESEドッカー コンテナーのステータスを確認する必要があります。
