Symptoms

Nástroj PowerProtect Data Manager for Microsoft Application Agent slouží k ochraně databází Microsoft SQL Server. Zálohování databáze Microsoft SQL Server selže s ABA0002, což značí chybu při přístupu k bezpečnostnímu modulu. 
ABA0002: MY_MSSQL_POLICY: Unable to backup MICROSOFT_SQL_DATABASE asset MY_DATABASE on my-server.my-domain.com to storage target MY_MSSQL_POLICY_STORAGE because of an agent issue.

The protection policy backup was unsuccessful because of an agent issue.

Review the error message for a resolution. If there is no resolution, and the issue persists, contact Dell Customer Support.

The protection policy configuration was unsuccessful because the Agent failed with the following error: Error encountered while retrieving information from the lockbox 'C:\Program Files\DPSAPPS\common\lockbox\agents.clb' The Lockbox contains no entries.

Cause

Informace o bezpečnostním modulu agent.clb jsou poškozené. Hlavní příčina korupce není známa.

Resolution

Chcete-li obsah znovu vytvořit, přejmenujte soubor bezpečnostního modulu agent.clb .

  1. Přihlaste se ke klientovi Microsoft Application Agent, ke kterému dochází k příznaku.
  2. V Průzkumníkovi Windows přejděte do adresáře bezpečnostního modulu. (C:\Program Files\DPSAPPS\common\lockbox).
  3. Přejmenujte stávající agents.clb do agents.clb.old.
  4. Restartujte systém Dell VM Direct Agent pomocí konzoly Služby (services.msc).
  5. Spusťte zálohování agenta Microsoft Application Agent SQL, aby se znovu vytvořil agents.clb Obsah bezpečnostního modulu.
