Symptoms

RUM(License Usage) 보고서를 생성할 때 스위치에서 라이선스 기능이 활성화되지 않은 상태에서 라이선스 전송 방법이 꺼져 있습니다. 
switch(config)# license smart transport off
switch(config)# exit
switch# copy running-config startup-config
switch# show lice all | grep -A 2 Transport
Transport:
    Type: Off 
switch#  license smart save usage all bootflash:all_rum.txt
Failure: save status: The requested item was not found

Cause

버전 9.2(2) 이상과 함께 제공되는 스위치의 경우 라이선스 사용 데이터가 생성되지 않을 수 있습니다. 스위치에 사용량이 없을 때 "license smart save usage" 명령을 요청하면 실패 메시지가 표시됩니다. 

Cisco 문제는 알려진 Fixed Releases 없이 보고됩니다. 알림을 위해 CSCwb13861 을 구독합니다.

Resolution

해결:
스위치에서 라이선스 기능을 활성화하여 장애 메시지를 해결합니다. 이렇게 하면 이 스위치에 대한 라이센스를 구매하지 않았으므로 CSSM 관점에서 스위치가 규정을 준수하지 않습니다.

Enterprise 라이선스와 같은 기능을 먼저 활성화합니다. 
switch# config
switch(config)# feature ivr
show license usage 명령의 목록에 "ENTERPRISE_PKG" 카운트가 표시되면 RUM 보고서 생성으로 이동합니다. 
switch(config)# sh lic usage
License Authorization:

  Description: MDS 9200 series Enterprise package

명령에 show license usage 라이센스 사용량이 표시되지 않으면 라이센스 사용량 수에 대해 다른 라이센스 기능을 사용한 다음 RUM 보고서를 생성합니다. 
switch(config)# feature ivr

다음은 IVR 기능이 활성화된 경우 라이센스 사용이 표시되지 않으므로 포트 보안 기능을 사용하여 RUM 보고서를 활성화하고 생성하는 예입니다.

switch(config)# show feature |gre port-security
port-security        1        enabled

참고: RUM 보고서를 생성하기 위해 포트 보안 및 IVR 기능이 활성화되었습니다. 이러한 기능을 사용하지 않는 경우 비활성화해야 합니다.
