Symptoms

產生授權用量 （RUM） 報告時，授權傳輸方法已關閉，交換器上未啟用授權功能。 
switch(config)# license smart transport off
switch(config)# exit
switch# copy running-config startup-config
switch# show lice all | grep -A 2 Transport
Transport:
    Type: Off 
switch#  license smart save usage all bootflash:all_rum.txt
Failure: save status: The requested item was not found

Cause

若為隨附 9.2（2） 版或更新版本的交換器，可能不會產生授權用量資料。當交換器上沒有任何使用量時，要求「license smart save usage」命令會導致失敗訊息。

報告 Cisco 問題，但沒有已知的已修正版本。訂閱 CSCwb13861 以取得通知。

Resolution

因應措施：
啟用交換器上的授權功能，以解決失敗訊息。從 CSSM 的角度來看，這會導致交換器不相容，因為從未為此交換器購買授權。

首先啟用某項功能，例如 Enterprise 授權： 
switch# config
switch(config)# feature ivr
如果 show license usage 命令在清單中顯示「ENTERPRISE_PKG」計數，請前往產生 RUM 報告。 
switch(config)# sh lic usage
License Authorization:
  Status: Not Applicable
(ENTERPRISE_PKG):
  Description: MDS 9200 series Enterprise package
  Count: 1
  Version: 1.0
  Status: IN USE
  Enforcement Type: NOT ENFORCED
  License Type: Generic

switch(config)# license smart save usage all bootflash:all_rum.txt
Success: Saved in bootflahs:/all_rum_txt.
如果 「show license usage 」命令並未顯示任何授權使用方式，請使用其他授權功能進行授權使用計數，然後產生 RUM 報告。 
switch(config)# feature ivr
switch(config)# show feature |grep ivr

注意：已啟用連接埠安全性和 IVR 功能，以產生 RUM 報告。如果這些功能不在使用中，請務必予以停用。
