Symptoms

如果「多個 NetWorker 伺服器」在相同 Data Domain 上看到相同裝置，則會從 DD Boost 裝置刪除資料。

執行卷共用，但不限於以下情況。
  1. NetWorker 伺服器已遷移或重建。
  2. 當必須在另一個資料區掃描及還原用戶端的儲存集時。
  3. 任何在災難回復網站上還原資料區域備份的災難復原訓練 NetWorker 伺服器
 
警告：不支援在資料區 （兩個或多個不同的 NetWorker 伺服器） 之間共用 DDboost/磁碟區。
這可能會導致資料遺失！

Cause

NetWorker 透過「nsrim-X」清除資料，方法是檢查裝置上的資料，然後檢查媒體資料庫中的內容，如果媒體資料庫中缺少資料，NetWorker 就會刪除資料。

兩個裝置指向 （兩個不同 NetWorker 伺服器的相同磁碟區） 相同的舊 DD mtree，接著在第二個 NetWorker 伺服器上執行 nsrim「復原空間」，會清理該 mtree 上不在媒體資料庫中的儲存集。


這是記錄在案的產品行為。 
nsrstage -C -V <vol name>

在執行 nsrim 工作時執行「復原空間」作業。
 
警告：將磁碟區保持在唯讀狀態將沒有幫助。數據仍將被刪除。
即使是強硬的“需要掃描標誌”也能阻止刪除。這仍然不受支援。

Resolution

警告：不建議客戶在 NetWorker 伺服器之間共用磁碟/DDBoost 磁碟區。
這是不支援的，並可能導致資料遺失的情況。
