이 'force-create' VolumeSnapshotClass 리소스의 매개 변수가 'False'로 설정되어 있습니다. 

사용 중인 볼륨의 스냅샷을 생성하려면 'force-create' VolumeSnapshotClass에 대한 매개 변수를 'True'로 설정합니다.
