Dell Unity: Cannot create NTP servers. At least one of the specified NTP servers is not working (User Correctable)

Symptoms
Attempting to add a new NTP server fails with error: "Cannot create NTP servers. At least one of the specified NTP servers is not working."
Cause
In this instance, the Virtual Machine is attempting to sync with its host, which causes a conflict when attempting to sync with the Array.

Resolution
If the NTP server is a Virtual Server disable the option "host time sync" and reboot.
[INSTRUCTIONS]
1. Disable the "host time sync" in the VM settings under VMware tools
2. Reboot the host
3. Add the new NTP server to the Unity array
