Symptoms

O vMotion falha ao migrar para um ou mais hosts específicos.

Cause

Isso ocorre quando a configuração "Migrate.Enabled" é definida como desativada nas configurações avançadas.
Observação: Esse problema também pode ocorrer devido a um endereço IP duplicado em sua rede. Certifique-se de que os endereços IP dos vCenter Servers e dos hosts ESX/ESXi sejam exclusivos.

Resolution

Para resolver esse problema, siga as etapas abaixo:

  1. Conecte o vSphere ou o VMware Infrastructure Client ao vCenter Server.

  2. Selecione o host do ESXi.

  3. Selecione a guia Configuration.

  4. Selecione Advanced Settings em Software.

  5. Selecione Migrate e altere Migrate.Enabled para 0.

  6. Selecione OK e feche.

  7. Selecione Advanced Settings.

  8. Selecione Migrate e altere Migrate.Enabled para 1.

  9. Selecione OK e, em seguida, Close.

Nota: Se você vir o erro de parâmetro inválido depois de redefinir "Migrate.Enabled" para 1, consulte Falha ao executar um vMotion ou adicionar uma placa de rede a uma máquina virtual com o erro: O módulo necessário não está carregado. Se essas etapas não resolverem o problema, tente aumentar o tempo de espera excedido para operações de rede de migração após a etapa 4 acima. Em seguida, vá para as etapas restantes. Repita essas etapas no host de destino.
Para aumentar o tempo de espera excedido das operações de rede de migração:

  1. Selecione a guia Configuration.

  2. Selecione Advanced Settings em Software > Migrate.

  3. Altere Migrate.NetTimeout para 60s. O padrão é 20s.

  4. Selecione OK e, em seguida, Close.
