Symptoms

- 一个或多个管理器 MDM 正在 SLES 15.x 上运行

- 运行 switch_cluster_mode 命令或将身份验证设置为使用 LDAP 时，会看到以下错误：

# scli --switch_cluster_mode --cluster_mode 3_node --add_slave_mdm_name mdm2 --add_tb_name tb
Error: MDM failed command.  Status: One of the cluster nodes failed loading the LDAP library

# scli --set_user_authentication_method --native_and_ldap_authentication
Error: MDM failed command.  Status: One of the cluster nodes failed loading the LDAP library

SLES 15.x Manager MDM 的 trc 日志显示以下内容：

影响 

无法使用 LDAP 身份验证，甚至无法将 MDM 所有权切换到新的管理器 MDM。

Cause

SLES 15.x 使用的 LDAP 库的名称不同于 MDM 查找的名称。尝试加载错误的文件时，无法找到并加载 LDAP 库。

Resolution

只需创建从正确的 LDAP 库到 MDM 所需库的链接，即可解决此问题。

在存在此问题的 SLES 15.x Manager MDM 上运行此命令：

ln -s /usr/lib64/libldap_r-2.4.so.2.10.9 /usr/lib64/libldap-2.4.so.2
 

之前失败的命令现在可以工作了。
